Staff Application

Complete the form below. Submissions are forwarded securely into the Code 44 Discord for staff review.

1. How long have you been a member of Code 44 RP?

2. Have you received any warnings or other staff punishments within the city or Discord?

3. How active are you able to be within the city and Discord?

4. Have you previously been Staff or Support, either within Code 44 RP or another server/community?

5. Why do you want to join the Code 44 RP Staff Team, and what do you feel you could bring to the team?

6. What qualities and behaviours do you believe are important for someone within the Staff Team?

7. Scenario 1 — A report has been submitted about one of your close friends. After looking at the evidence, you can clearly see that they have broken a server rule. How would you deal with the situation? Would you be comfortable reprimanding them if required?

8. Scenario 2 — A report has been submitted about a situation that you were personally involved in. How would you handle this? Would you be comfortable staying completely out of the staff side of the report and allowing another member of Staff to deal with it?

9. Scenario 3 — A report is submitted following a situation between two groups. The person reporting it provides a short clip which appears to show a rule break, however you believe there may be more to the situation than what is shown in the clip. How would you investigate and deal with the report?

10. Scenario 4 — You are the only Staff member available and are dealing with a situation that you are unsure how to handle. What would you do?

11. Scenario 5 — You witness another member of Staff using their staff permissions in a way you believe they shouldn't be. What would you do?

12. Scenario 6 — Someone you are friends with asks you privately about a report, punishment or staff discussion involving them that you have access to through being Staff. How would you respond?

13. What would you consider to be an abuse of staff permissions? Please give an example.

14. Is there anything else you would like to add that you feel would support your application?
