Fire & Rescue Service

The Fire & Rescue Service provides hands-on emergency response built around teamwork, realistic appliance operations and strong incident command. Crews attend everything from property fires and vehicle incidents to rescues and large multi-agency emergencies.

Firefighters operate pumping appliances, hose lines and water supplies while commanders coordinate sectors, resources and scene safety. Road traffic collisions and technical rescues create detailed scenes where Fire, Police and BHS all have meaningful roles.
